Hi!  Welcome to the Mobility Mentor!
My name is Marissa, and I created this website to be a resource for people with disabilities and their families.
People have often come to me for advice on various disability-related topics. So I have decided to share my knowledge with the greater community at large of people with disabilities.
 I am a person with a disability who has been involved in the community of people with disabilities for over 30 years. I am a longtime disability rights activist.
My plan for this website is to provide information regarding policies that affect people with disabilities and there families. I also will share my own life experiences as disabled person navigating in a able bodied society.
